iMessage CRM integration for agencies
Connect client CRM records to two-way iMessage conversations. Your agency builds the connector; Claw Messenger runs the messaging lines.
Can you send iMessage from a CRM?
Yes, through a messaging integration. The CRM stores customer records; a connector moves messages between those records and a messaging service.
Claw Messenger provides the API for AI agents. It does not include a native HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel connector.
Your team builds and runs that connection. You don't need to host a Mac for the messaging line.
Map the client before the contact
For separate clients, use separate Agency subtenants. Each subtenant is a client workspace with its own API key and dedicated visible number.
- Identify the workspace. Map each CRM client account to its Agency subtenant before selecting a contact.
- Store the contact mapping. Keep the CRM contact ID, phone number, and client workspace together.
- Send through that workspace. Your server uses the client's key to connect its AI agent to the messaging API.
- Write the reply back. Your connector receives the inbound message and updates the matching CRM record.
A phone number alone is not a client identifier. The same person may appear in two clients' CRMs.
Prove the round trip before automation
Use a test contact you control. Send one message, reply from that phone, and check the correct CRM record.
Then test duplicate events and a second client workspace. Your connector should prevent duplicate notes and cross-client writes.
Record accepted sends separately from replies. Pause automated messages when a teammate takes over or a contact asks to stop.
These CRM controls belong in your connector. Buying a messaging line does not create them.
Budget for each client line
- $250 once
- Agency onboarding
- $199/month
- Per provisioned subtenant
- 1,000 messages
- Included per subtenant each month
- $0.005
- Per additional message
Sent and received messages both count. Your CRM subscription and connector development are separate costs.
Agency acceptance depends on your use case. Onboarding payment does not reserve a number, start provisioning, or start monthly billing.
After setup, creating a subtenant assigns an available line and immediately charges its monthly plan.
Failed payment or exhausted line capacity blocks creation. Message caps and new-conversation limits still apply.
