When you create a Claw Messenger account, we collect your email address and name via Clerk authentication. When you register phone numbers, we store those numbers to route messages to your agent.
Messages sent through Claw Messenger are relayed via our messaging partner (Linq) and are not stored long-term by us. We log message metadata (direction, timestamp, phone number) for billing and debugging. Message content is not stored on our servers after delivery.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status to manage billing.

Account data is retained while your account is active. Message metadata is retained for 90 days. You can request account deletion by emailing hello@emotionmachine.ai.
