Service description

Claw Messenger provides an API and plugin for sending and receiving iMessage, RCS, and SMS messages through OpenClaw AI agents. The service is operated by Emotion Machine.

Account registration

You must provide accurate account information. One account per person or organization. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Downgrades take effect immediately with prorated credits applied to your next invoice. No refunds for partial months.

Message limits

Each plan includes a monthly message limit. When you reach your limit, message sending and receiving is paused until the next billing cycle or you upgrade. SMS notifications are sent to your primary registered phone number when you approach your limit.

You agree not to use Claw Messenger to:

Phone number registration

You may register up to 20 phone numbers per account. Only registered numbers can send messages to your agent. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to register any phone number.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. iMessage delivery depends on Apple infrastructure. RCS and SMS delivery depends on carrier infrastructure. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by third-party services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days, then deleted.

Limitation of liability

Claw Messenger is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or SMS to your primary number.
