Do you need a Mac for each client?
No. You run your AI agent on your own server or cloud setup. Claw Messenger manages the iMessage connection.
Your agency and clients don't need to host a Mac, pair a phone, or maintain an iCloud account.
How does each client get a number?
Each provisioned subtenant gets one dedicated visible number. A subtenant is a separate client workspace within your Agency account.
Connect the client's AI agent with that workspace's API key. Use its assigned line for customer conversations.
Adding registered recipient numbers to a self-serve plan does not create dedicated client lines.
What should you test first?
Send one controlled message from the client workspace. Confirm the matching reply reaches that client's AI agent.
An accepted send alone does not prove replies work. Agency lines support customer conversations, not cold outreach or mass marketing.

Sent and received messages both count. Agency is request-only, with acceptance based only on your use case.
Onboarding payment does not reserve a number, start provisioning, or start the monthly plan.
After Agency setup, creating a subtenant assigns an available line and charges its monthly plan immediately.
Failed payment or exhausted line capacity blocks creation.
