Pro vs Agency: one account or separate client lines?

When is Pro enough?
Use Pro when one account can own the agents, registered numbers, and conversations. Both plans work without hosting a Mac.
Pro's 50 registered numbers are recipient routes within one account. They do not become 50 dedicated client lines.
If you need less capacity, start with a lower self-serve plan. More messages alone do not make Agency the better fit.
When does Agency fit?
Choose Agency when each client needs its own number and separate messaging workspace. Each workspace is called a subtenant.
Connect each client's AI agent with that subtenant's API key. Keep its messages and replies inside that client's workspace.
Sent and received messages both count toward each plan's allowance. Neither plan supports cold outreach or mass marketing.
What starts Agency billing?
Agency is request-only. Email your use case and desired line count. Acceptance depends only on your use case.
The $250 onboarding payment does not reserve a number, begin provisioning, or start the monthly plan.
After Agency setup, creating a subtenant assigns an available line and charges its monthly plan immediately.
Failed payment or exhausted line capacity blocks creation.
